About Event
The 2023 Tamil Nadu Masters Association Track and Field Championships will finally be
going ahead, in Hosur from January 6 th to 8 th 2023.
Hosted by Our Krishnagiri District Masters Athletics Association, the main venue will be the
Adhiyamaan College of Engineeringin Hosur , Krishnagiri District This venue has two mud
running track and associated field events facilities, providing the opportunity for warm-ups.
Tamil Nadu State Masters Athletics Championships for track and field competition for male
and female athletes, aged thirty (30) years and over, living in Tamil Nadu State, with
competition conducted over 5 year age groups. Our member associations are the 38 District,
and athletes join through these member associations. We are a member of the Tamil Nadu
Masters Athletic Association, and our governing body is Masters Athletics Federation of
India ( MAFI)
Our Organising Committee is extremely happy to have the opportunity to present the event
as it should have been.

Entry Requirements and Procedure
General rules
The 2023 Tamil Nadu Masters Association Track and Field Championships will finally be
going ahead, in Hosur from January 6 th to 8 th 2023.
General Information
Athletes must enter thru District Masters Member Association online or by using a paper entry form. Online is the preferred method of entry. See below for details about each method. All entries must include full payment to be considered valid. The entry deadline is 31st December 2022. Members will confirm the athlete’s date of birth. After 2nd Jan 2023 on entry’s not changeable.
Athletes who have questions about the status of their entry should contact their Member.
Online Entry Procedure
1. Go to www.kdmaa.in and complete the online entry form prior to the entry deadline.
2. Submit payment by credit card, Bank transfer, Google Pay, Phone Pay after online registration
3. Print the confirmation screen for your records.
4. Send a copy of your birth certificate to your Member for validation purposes if you have not already done so in the past.
5. Your Member will then validate your registration.
Paper Entry Procedure
1. Contact your District Masters Member Association and request a paper entry form.
2. Confirm the latest date required by your Member for submission of your paper entry. NB: Your Member MUST input your entry and payment into the on-line system by the closing date of 31st December 2022 for it to be valid.
3. Complete the entry form and make a copy for your records.
4. Mail the completed entry form and all entry fees to your Member prior to the entry deadline (do not send paper entry forms directly to the LOC). Paper entries sent to your Member for processing MUST include all entry fees.
5. Send a copy of your birth certificate to your Member for validation purposes if you have not already done so in the past.
6. Your Member will submit your registration, pay on your behalf and validate your registration.
Relays
There is no entry fee for the 4x100m & 4x400m relays. Only one relay per District, per age group is allowed. Entry for relays will be done during the Championships by team managers.
